Good day, ladies. I want to speak to you about ‘fear’. Our world is quickly spiraling into chaos. But, we still have to live our lives in it. We must shop, attend appointments, attend church, school and enjoy ourselves. Our fears and reservations are not unfounded. Actually, they are quite understandable in todays environment. 

The word of God tells us that when others are against us:

“O LORD, how many are my foes! How many rise up against me! Many are saying of me, ‘God will not deliver him.’ But you are a shield around me, O LORD; You bestow glory on me and lift up my head. To the LORD I cry aloud, and he answers me from His holy hill.” Psm. 3:1-4

The LORD is a refuge in times of trouble. He promised us that we could wait under the shadow of His wing until the storm has passed.

Learning to trust these promises and many more like them is a must. Remove ourselves to our secret place and meditate on these things is the answer to our peace and comfort. If we we loose the ground that God had blessed us to gain. beat yourself up or allow others to if you fall short. Get up, get back on your knees. We are all in different places in our race we run for the Kingdom. Our relationship with our God is a personal one. 

In that we have assurance! Be strong and courageous, Sister Handmaidens. You are loved and highly favoured. Fear has no place in your heart.
